Alexandra Tieu is the President of Exclusive Listing, an Image Locations company.
Alex oversees the strategic direction of the Los Angeles based real estate brokerage. As the previous Operating Partner of the Keller Williams downtown Los Angeles and TL for the Glendale branch, she has managed over 400 real estate agents, 1700 transactions, and oversaw a total sales volume of $850 million. Her expertise in the Real Estate industry contributes to Exclusive Listing’s prosperity and ability to implement innovative strategies, setting them apart from any other real estate brokerage in the world.
Aside from her real estate experience, Alex joined forces with her husband as the Director of Business Development and Co-Founder of Jaurigue Law Group. Building the company from the ground up, she assisted in the development of the law firm where they eventually expanded JLG’s services to a full-service consumer and business firm. Now a renown firm, their continued growth and increasing demand lead them to open multiple locations in San Jose, San Francisco, and Glendale, California to service millions of dollars in litigation.
Alex studied Communications at Santa Clara University. Earlier in her professional career she held a staff position in the White House which lead her to fulfill a leadership position within the Democratic party. She exited her political career as a congressional aide.
Alex is the proud mother of 3 beautiful daughters and wife to loving husband Michael Jaurigue.
Ryker Madron is a Lead Agent at Movoto.
Ryker oversees the strategic direction of his Los Angeles based real estate group. Previously the Director of Operations of a Los Angeles based boutique luxury real estate brokerage, Ryker created strategic processes and oversaw the implementation to ensure the company’s profitability, efficiency, and growth.
Prior to his position as the Director of Operations, Ryker was a Luxury Real Estate Specialist for Luxe Estates & Lifestyles, one of Nevada’s highest producing boutique luxury real estate brokerages. He and his team sold over $100,000,000 of real estate in 2015.
Ryker studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Through UNLV’s Lee Business School, Ryker was a Project Leader for Opportunity Village, a not-for-profit organization that serves people with intellectual disabilities. He organized volunteers, helped facilitate, and raised money for the cause. Altogether the event rose over $2 million dollars.
Continuing his philanthropic work, Ryker participates in community outreach for I Am Asian American (#IAAA), a voter registration campaign designed to promote the importance of voting and the strength in their community’s diversity. Lastly, Ryker has volunteered for the Man-Up Crusade, a non-profit organization designed to bring awareness to the issues of domestic violence.
Ryker’s dedication to public service and philanthropic efforts transcends into his business practices. He values honesty, integrity, and trust above all else.
I moved from Lima, Peru to Los Angeles more than 25 years ago and immediately fell in love with the Spanish style houses that so reminded me of my hometown. I promptly started working with a developer who taught me everything about property management and I was hooked on Real Estate. Later, I was truly fortunate to work and learn from one of the pioneers of the re-adaptive use of historic buildings in Downtown Los Angeles. I joined Zip Realty Inc in 2012 attracted by their leadership in technology; Realogy, parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage bought Zip Realty in 2014 and I was privileged to have the best of both worlds, the benefits of traditional brokerage, and cutting edge technology. In the meantime, Paul Kim, whom I’ve known for more than a decade, opened his Real Estate Company with such a unique approach that I was delighted when he offered me the opportunity to become part of his team.
