I moved from Lima, Peru to Los Angeles more than 25 years ago and immediately fell in love with the Spanish style houses that so reminded me of my hometown. I promptly started working with a developer who taught me everything about property management and I was hooked on Real Estate. Later, I was truly fortunate to work and learn from one of the pioneers of the re-adaptive use of historic buildings in Downtown Los Angeles.
